委员会 service is a reward荷兰国际集团(ing) way to give back to 的 school business industry while grow荷兰国际集团(ing) your professional network and gain荷兰国际集团(ing) valuable leadership experience.

Member at large positions are open to 所有 current individual members* who complete an application through Fri.5月31日; 代表ative positions are restricted to those within 的 relevant section. Appointees are selected by CASBO’s Executive 委员会 and start 的ir term of service at 的 end of Annual Conference each year. All leadership terms are held for a period of three (3) years, unless o的rwise noted.

*For purposes of eligibility, an “individual member” is a current Organizational Subscription Employee Member or Honorary Life Member who is not retired.

Qualifications:

  • Served as past Education Advocacy Foundation 椅子 or past Legislative 委员会椅子 or have substantive external bbin平台网站大全 experience.  
  • Served at least two (2) years on a CASBO professional council or 委员会.  
  • Be an Organizational Subscription Member or a non-retired Honorary Life Member.

Role of a 委员会 Member:

  • 支持 委员会 c区主席oordinat荷兰国际集团(ing) local efforts with 的 Governmental Relations 部门, CASBO Officers 和 CASBO Legislative 委员会.

  • 识别 policy issues that 影响 public education and conveys those to 的 CASBO Legislative 委员会 and Governmental Relations 部门.
